I go back to my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri once or twice a year. A few years ago, I connected with a high school friend. He told me about his incarceration and that one Saturday, on the community television, the Purdue vs. Notre Dame game was on.
In the last few minutes of the game, he and millions of others saw that I was about to be tackled on the one yard line. However, at the last moment… I stretched out the football to score the game sealing touchdown. Purdue then went on to start a decade long winning streak.
